Log in to your Welotec account or contact our support team to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request detailing the product model and reason for return.

Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a unique RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the electronic components in anti-static shielding or their original protective casing to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

Upon arrival at our facility, our engineers will inspect the hardware for integrity, and your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
